Prime International Investments Group Limited is a registered company incorporated in the Commonwealth of Bahamas.
The Company has a wholly owned subsidiary, Prime Investments Group Limited, a company incorporated in Cayman Islands.
Prime International Investments Group Limited is now listed on the PLUS Stock Exchange in London (www.plusmarketsgroup.com/home), providing us with access to a broader investor base throughout Europe, North America and Asia. The PLUS listing will support the growth and prestige of our company on a global level.
The main asset of Prime is a land bank of 67 plots with a gross floor area of 21,905,000 square feet in a project known as the Eye of Ajman in the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
Profits generated from the Eye of Ajman plots and subsequently acquired assets will be re-invested into other projects meeting Prime's investment strategy. The board of Prime does not intend using bank debt to finance its projects.
